UBSU will ensure that this is an exciting and energetic start to your university experience - packed full of opportunities to meet new people.
Freshers’ Angels will be on hand to show you around and introduce you to the best student haunts. To recognise a Freshers’ Angel simply look out for our students wearing red t-shirts and feathered wings. They also help you to meet other students and find your way back home at the end of the night.
The Freshers’ Fayre introduces you to the town that you will be studying in and the local businesses, and provides a chance for you to find out about the support services on offer, as well as giving you the opportunity to sign up for sports teams, and SU clubs.
The Main SU bar at Luton offers regular drinks promotions, happy hours, karaoke nights, quizzes, and is a great place to hang out and relax in the evenings and in between lectures.
The UBSU has its own nightclub which hosts regular slots catering for all styles of music, comedy nights and other special events.
The UBSU over at Bedford offers a wide variety of entertainment at Bar Soviet and Oxygen, which are both official UBSU partners that offer a range of student promotions and special events.
