Tell us what you think

The University always wants to hear your views and opinions, both the good and the bad. There are a number of other ways you can do this.

Complete the National Student Survey (NSS)

The National Student Survey asks final year undergraduates to provide feedback on their student experience. The survey is nationwide, completely anonymous and really easy to complete.

How to get involved

Take part and you could win one of these amazing prizes!

  • A free trip to China
  • A cheque for £500
  • A graduation package including free robes, guest tickets and photography

The NSS online survey is now open and runs until 30 April.

Talk to the Student Experience Team

You can talk in confidence to a Student Experience Assistant about any aspect of student life. Student Experience Assistants are all recent University of Bedfordshire graduates and can offer friendly and helpful advice to help you resolve problems. They can also make sure your views are represented to people who can make a difference.

You can contact the student experience team directly by email at student.experience@beds.ac.uk

You can also book an appointment to speak to a student experience assistant by

  • logging an enquiry via SiD Online or
  • visiting the Student Information Desk on Campus or
  • calling 0300 300 0042 or
  • emailing sid@beds.ac.uk

Talk to the Students' Union

You can speak to the Students' Union about any issues you may have and they will be brought to the attention of the University.

Talk to your student rep

You can speak to your student rep about any matter relating to your course. Student reps act as your representative on course/field committee meetings and faculty meetings. Committee meetings provide a formal opportunity for student reps to discuss with staff any matters of importance relating to your course and to contribute to its improvement.

Talk to your tutor

At any time during the year you can speak to your tutor about anything that is of concern to you.
