Certificates and transcripts

Collecting your certificate

If your certificate is not available on the day of your graduation, or you do not attend your graduation ceremony, you should email the graduation team to arrange collection or delivery.

Contact the team to confirm when the office will be open if you intend to come to collect it in person. The Graduation Office is situated in room B108, Park Square at the Luton campus. Opening hours are 10am to 4pm daily, except Wednesday when we close at 12pm.

You will need to show your student card or another form or photo ID (passport or driving licence) to the graduation team. Please note that the office will operate limited opening hours on the days when graduation ceremonies are taking place.

If you would like your certificate posted to you, please email the graduation team at graduation@beds.ac.uk to confirm where you would like it sent. Please remember to include your full name, student ID and the full address with postal code.

Apply for a duplicate certificate or transcript

Copies of degree certificates and official transcripts can be ordered from the Graduation team.

Before filling in the form please check the records available at the University.

The form below should be used to request:

  • a duplicate copy of your Certificate or Transcript
  • a University of Bedfordshire verification certificate (for University of Luton graduates awarded prior to 2006)

Please complete and sign the form and return it to the Graduation Office with supporting documentation and payment.
