Timetable information will also be distributed at academic (course) induction. Timetables can be obtained by course or individual unit, by term (generally undergraduate), semester (generally postgraduate) or whole academic year.

Your username is your student reference number. Your password is your date of birth in six digit format (eg 1st January 1980 would be 010180).

There are several banks located in Luton, Bedford and Aylesbury. By visiting a bank in person, or telephoning their customer services number provided on their website, you can learn about how to open a bank account.
There is also information for students provided on the British Bank Account website
Academic support, such as advice on appropriate referencing, avoiding plagiarism and improving writing skills, can be obtained from the Professional and Academic Development (PAD) Team
Other types of student support available during your studies, such as counselling, is provided by the Student Support Team

The Student Loan Company provide services to UK and EU students.
Identification cards are produced at registration, after you are fully registered for your course and have paid your fees. At other times of year, you need to ask at the campus reception for the location of the ID card machine.
During registration periods, ID card machines will be available in the registration rooms at Luton (LRC) and Bedford (P0.33). At other times of year talk to the reception at your campus. There may be a charge for replacement ID cards.
