Course  Orientation, Academic Induction and Registration Schedules - April/May 2012

What do I need to bring with me to my registration session?

To ensure you have all relevant documents with you when you arrive to register, we would suggest that you bring at least the following documents and information:

  • An offer letter from the University (if you have one)
  • SLC/LEA/DIUS letter confirming your loan (if relevant)
  • A sponsorship or scholarship letter (if relevant)
  • Original qualification certificates (including English language if you required that as a condition of your place) and the original of your highest level qualification if that is more than the entry requirements
  • Passport/photo driving licence/national identity card/birth certificate
  • Cash/cheque book/credit card/debit card. If you haven't paid your fees before you arrive, you will need to do so at registration see money matters for further information on paying your tuition fees)
  • National Insurance (NI) number (if you have one)
  • NHS number (if applicable)
  • Teacher Training Reference number (if applicable)
  • Full address details of your Current/Local Address
  • Next of kin contact details (address, telephone number) - someone we can contact in case of an emergency
