Online registration

Stage 1 of the registration process

Pre-registering online

Information about using e-Vision to complete Stage 1 of registration with us for your course.

  • Pre-registering your details with us now will save you time when you arrive at the University. You should receive an email from us with a username and password. You can then login here
  • If you have not received an email or you are having trouble logging in you can request your username and password by emailing sid@beds.ac.uk
  • You will complete your registration when you arrive at the University and obtain an ID card which will allow you access to University facilities such as the library and BREO.

You can start your registration process by logging in via: www.beds.ac.uk/sits  If you are unable to complete the whole of this online process, please do not panic, just print off the registration document (at the stage you are at) and bring it with you to your scheduled registration slot.

When you arrive at the University for your academic (course) induction and registration, you will find many members of staff wearing red University of Bedfordshire t-shirts. One of these members of staff will be able to direct you to your academic induction or registration rooms and answer any questions you may have.

There will be PCs available on your registration day, but it saves time if you attempt online registration at home. Once you have completed your online registration, you will then be directed to friendly, experienced staff to check your registration details. Once this part of the process has been completed, you may be directed to a member of finance staff who will deal with your course fee payment.

The final stage of the registration process will be to have your photo taken and ID card issued. This will enable you to access all of the University's facilities. Academic induction might not take place on the same day as course registration, but dates, times and venues of both academic induction and course registration will be available here soon.
