It is not unusual for students to need some extra advice and guidance at some point during their studies. If you feel that you would benefit from some additional help with your studies why not contact the Professional and Academic Development team via SiD Online.
The PAD team offer support to all University of Bedfordshire students. If you are experiencing difficulties or if you simply want to develop particular skills and raise your grades, we are here to help and advise you how to do that.
We can help you in a number of ways. We can advise and help you to improve:
All students at the University will automatically be enrolled on to the Professional and Academic Development BREO site. This site contains a wide range of helpful resources, such as help guides, links to useful websites and study skills quizzes. We recommend that all students check out and utilise the information provided.
Students who are based at, or can travel to, the Luton or Bedford campuses can attend a range of study skills workshops. These are free and held frequently. More information here.
Study skills workshop days are also made available to students who are studying at our sites based in Buckinghamshire.
Students can book a one-to-one tutorial to see one of the University's Professional and Academic Development tutors. More information about the sessions here.
