The University’s SiD Online service contains a knowledge database of frequently updated FAQs to help you find answers to your queries quickly and easily.
To access them you need to first login to SiD Online. There are a number of ways to do this:
You’ll then need to use your username (which is your student ID number) and password (the same one you use to access the student record system – E-Vision).
Once you are logged in you will see this screen. This is your profile page, which you will see every time you log in.
If you click on a particular FAQ, the full information will open for you.
Please remember that FAQs may contain links to further information or have attachments for you to download.
You can also search for an FAQ by using keywords in a search box.
Whenever you view an FAQ it also gives you the option to rate it and leave feedback.
Please let us know if you found the FAQ helpful or not, so that we can improve the information we provide. We work with the different University services to ensure the FAQs provide you with useful and accurate information and welcome your feedback.
We hope that you have found the answer you were looking for in the database of FAQs.
If you cannot find an answer to your question or would like more information, please use SiD Online and log an enquiry and we will respond to you.
Thank you for using SiD Online.
