If you have logged an enquiry via one of our Student Information Desks, or through SiD Online, then it may still be active.
When you log a new enquiry you will have received an email containing a unique enquiry number.
This email gives you a summary of your enquiry and at the bottom contains a link to directly access it. This link remains live up to 14 days after you have first logged the enquiry.
Simply click this link to access your enquiry and see the status. You can then use the 'Select an Action' menu to update the enquiry.
