There is a Student Information Desk (SiD) on every campus, where you can go and speak to someone face to face.
Campus Centre, G Block Levels 1 and 2
Level 1 open: 9.00 - 18.00 Monday to Friday
Level 2 open: 9.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday
When you arrive at the SiD Desk please log on to the queue join screen nearby the SiD Desk and select the Student Information Desk Queue. Then take a seat in the waiting area and your name will appear on the flat screen when it is your turn.
The Student Information Desk at Bedford Campus is located at the back of the Learning Hub in P0.31a.
The Student Information Desk at the Putteridge Bury Campus is located in the Social Learning Space - Room 22.
The Student Information Desk is located at the ground floor Learning Resources Centre and Reception desk.
