The majority of our exchange students live in the University's halls of residence.
The cost of living in the halls varies between £74 and £79. Most of the halls of residence are within a 10 minute walk from the University's main campus, in Luton town centre.

If you prefer to find a room in a shared house or flat, the Accommodation Office will assist you in finding contacts etc.
All rooms in the University halls are single rooms. However, if you wish to be allocated in the same flat with your friend, you should submit your application forms together and mention your wish, providing your friend’s name. Although, it may be easier to meet and get to know new people if you live in different flats. You can still live in the same building! You will surely make friends quickly.
Currently, all residences have Internet connections available, which can be accessed from your room. An additional one-off payment would apply, if you wish to do so.
Yes. If requested, the University can supply you with a bedding pack on arrival (consists of a duvet, sheet, pillow, pillowcase and duvet cover) at a cost of GBP 35.
Yes, you can. However the £200 booking fee is fully refundable providing we receive cancellations, in writing by 31 August. For any bookings or cancellations made after this date, the booking fee is non-refundable.
You will be asked to sign an agreement. This is a legally binding document. You will be sent a sample agreement when you receive confirmation of your booking. Please read this carefully.
