Important documentation

For students going to study in Europe

Please find below the documentation that you'll need to complete in order to organise your study abroad effectively. Please note that all documents must be returned to the International Office LRC Level 1

Pre-Departure

Learning Agreement – to be completed with the help of your Field Manager
Student Contract - to be completed and returned to the Study Abroad Office.
LEA Information - You must inform your LEA in writing of your intention to Study Abroad next year. You will need to collect a letter from the Study Abroad Office, which will need to be sent to your LEA. Please complete the following form, in order to help us construct the letter for you.
Bank Detail Form - For those of you receiving an ERASMUS grant, please notify us of your bank account details in order for us to make the payment of the second instalment of your ERASMUS grant.

During your Study Abroad

Contact Address Form - To be completed and returned after you have secured accommodation. Please send this form to us each time you change address or contact details.
Changes to the Learning Agreement - If you have to make changes to your programme of study whilst you are on exchange, you must get those changes approved in writing by your Field Manager. The second page of the learning agreement will need to be completed and returned to the University in order to get your field managers written agreement.

After your Study Abroad

Certificate of Attendance - At the end of your Study Abroad period, please ask the International Co-ordinator at the host University, to complete the certificate. Please return to the University upon your return.

ERASMUS student Report - At the end of your ERASMUS experience, you must complete and return the ERASMUS Student report to the Study Abroad Office. A copy of this report will be forwarded to the UK SOCRATES Erasmus Council. A copy of the ERASMUS student report will be sent to you before the end of your study abroad period.
