In Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire their are many leisure centres, sports fields, gymnasiums, and athletics centres where you can join in and take part. Whether you want to play tennis, squash, football or basketball, or whether you want to have a go at a selection of more extreme sports, Beds and Bucks caters for all.
However, if you prefer to watch sports their are still many places to choose from and activities to get involved in.
In Luton, you can pay a visit to the Luton Town Football Club (AKA The Hatters) and cheer them on from the sidelines, or if you are in Bedford, you can see the Bedford Blues in action, and the Bedford Blues rugby club is only round the corner from the Bedford campus, so it's really easy to get to.
