Adrian was appointed Executive Director, Insurance Services and member of the Xchanging Executive Board in December 2012. He is focused on global growth of the Insurance Services business as well as building on the strong position Xchanging has in the London and Lloyd's markets.

Before joining Xchanging, Adrian was Vice President of Business Processing Outsourcing, EMEA at Hewlett Packard. In this role he was responsible for 7,000 employees based on-, near- and off-shore.

He has over 30 years experience in technology, is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.

He has also held senior positions in Abbey National/Santander, Marlborough Stirling and Accenture.

He has been CEO of Marlborough Stirling Mortgage Services (a joint venture with Egg), a director of Transys (the consortium delivering the Oyster travel card in London) and CEO of EISIS (an FSA approved HP company providing insurance services).

Adrian became a Governor of the University of Bedfordshire in November 2012.

He is married to Amanda and they have two grown-up children.
