Third Transnational Project Meeting for the AWARE Project

The AWARE (Advancing Women in Agri-food Rural Environments) project held its 3rd Transnational Project Meeting (TNM3) in a hybrid form on 31st May 2022 in Dublin.

The meeting was hosted by Macra na Feirme - a voluntary organisation representing a thriving community of 10,000 young people from rural Ireland. Representatives of six partners from five European countries (Ireland, UK, Italy, Belgium and Poland) attended the meeting in person or virtually. Two representatives from the University Business School, Professor Yanqing Duan and Dr Yongmei Bentley, attended the meeting in Dublin.

The purpose of the meeting was project analysis and coordination, with the aim of reviewing the project’s Output 2 with project partners. Professor Yanqing Duan reported on the completion of module slides and supplementary materials (the main task of Output 2), which were also translated to other partners’ languages.

The meeting then focussed on discussing and developing Output 3 and Output 4 covering: timeframe, focus group questions, and content sourcing. The upcoming first multiplier event (ME) and LTTA2 (Learning, Teaching and Training Activities) were also discussed, and tasks allocation were clarified.
