To create a methodology (Competence Biography) that exposes the "hidden" skills of the individual and identify his/her training needs.

General Objectives:

To supply EU Career Guidance and Training Institutes with a methodology that reveals the hidden potential skills of the individual (EU citizens) and identifies his/her individual training needs.

The methodology - the "Competence biography - is one of the products of H.APP.IN.E.S.S. project. Furthermore, the H.APP.IN.E.S.S. method aims to help EU citizens with no specific academic qualifications or professional experience and to provide guidance for work opportunities in the ICT sector.

Specific Objectives
  • To develop:
    a: holistic assessment method - the "Competence biography"
    b: individual training needs (curricula) which include professional skills, key qualifications and transferable skills: i.e. positive transfer of previous skills and experience into practice
  • To create regional networks between project partners, partner companies and institutions of education
  • To disseminate results on EU level
