Need some extra cash,or want to get some work experience to put on your CV? Your first year is the ideal time to start looking for part-time work so that you have developed the skills employers look for which will help you to find work after graduating. We recommend that you:

  • Search for current job and volunteering vacancies, login to our online portal using your student username and password: Careersonline.beds.ac.uk 
  • Edit your profile on Careersonline to recieve regular email job alerts.

Summer work

Applications for Camp America and BUNAC are now open so don't miss an opportunity to escape for the summer and work on one of the summer camps in America. BUNAC also offers other volunteering and internship opportunities in Australia, Canada, China, Nepal, New Zealand, Thailand and South Africa! Other work experience options include Go Global and the University's own internship programme. These are co-ordinated by the International Office and details can be found online (see above links).
