How will I be assessed?

A core element of the degree is project-based learning (Dissertation). You will be required to undertake a self-selected project and will have a Supervisor assigned to you.

The Unit tutor remains as a tutor to ensure that the project meets both your needs and the academic requirements of the Honours degree.

Entry requirements

This course is for applicants with a related Foundation Degree or Higher Education qualification wishing to top up to the full BA/BSc degree.

Candidates will typically be progressing from level 5 qualification such as Foundation Degree, HND, NVQ 5, or other equivalent qualifications or through interview by the course coordinator.

  • The full-time undergraduate tuition fee is £9,250 per year. The part-time undergraduate tuition fee is charged pro-rata to £6,160. You can apply for a loan from the Government to help pay for your tuition fees. You can also apply for a maintenance loan from the Government to help cover your living costs.

    We expect to receive UCAS applications between 1 September and 15 January for courses starting in the following academic year, but may consider applications received after this date should places be available.
