The Programme is assessed using a range of methods including written assignments, group and individual presentations, simulation, case studies and evidence drawn from practical production work (videos, websites and production management logs). These methods are designed to test your academic and vocational abilities. Through the use of a variety of assessment methods you will be able to demonstrate a wide range of key skills for both academic and practice competence. We will always expect your production work to be contextualized. You will normally be required to submit a written evaluation of your production work along with some reflection of its strengths and weaknesses. You will also be required to relate your work to current genres and practices. Although some of your productions may involve group work and we will examine the audio-visual content produced, the grades are given based on your individual contributions and not on group work. In other words, there is no group grade: only individual grades.
