Thank you for considering studying with us, in what is a hugely unsettling and potentially upsetting time. We hope you’re staying safe and healthy and that you are looking forward to your future and to enrolling or re-enrolling with us.
We understand that many of you may be worried about the pandemic’s impact, but want to reassure you that we’re here for you. This page answers some of the questions we’ve been hearing from our enquirers and applicants.

We understand this is an uncertain time and that’s why now more than ever it’s important to us that you to feel comfortable and supported when you choose to live with us. We know that plans can change too. That’s why we’ve introduced a range of measures to give you peace of mind and to ensure you feel as safe as possible during your stay.
An enhanced cleaning regime has been introduced, including regular cleaning of all communal high touch points such as handrails, door handles and push buttons to ensure that we maintain hygiene within our villages.
Hand sanitising stations will be available at entry and exit points in our villages.
Our staff will ensure that they work in accordance with the social distancing guidelines.
The number of people allowed in lifts, our laundries and communal spaces at any one time will be restricted and there will be a one-way system throughout our villages in line with government guidance.
We request that all our residents follow the government guidance on staying alert and safe and practising social distancing within our accommodation.
Our friendly village teams work around the clock, every day of the year, to ensure you always have someone to speak to should you need our help or support.
If you have, or if you are applying for a student loan, the Government is frequently updating guidance for prospective students. Go to GOV.UK for the latest details
If we haven’t answered your particular questions, please get in touch with us through Live Chat, or throughy any of our social media channels. We’d love to hear from you.
