Olena Lytovka

Olena is an interdisciplinary scholar and educator with a PhD in British Literature and an extensive experience in research project management.

In her past teaching roles, she delivered seminars on forced displacement, memory and trauma, gender in media and culture. She also taught academic skills workshops at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

She is convinced that creativity and flexible teaching approaches are key to facilitating learning and encouraging students to engage with the material in thoughtful and critical ways.

Olena took up her position as Tutor in Health and Social Care in 2021 and she enjoys delivering seminars across various units and supporting students on their academic journey.
