Dr Rachael Adebayo

Senior Tutor and Course Coordinator, Health and Social Sciences, Birmingham Study Centre

Dr Racheal Adebayo is a committed researcher and lecturer of theology, social science, and education with qualified teaching status, and diverse work experiences. She is currently a tutor in health and social care at the University of Bedfordshire, Birmingham Study Hub.

Prior to joining the University of Bedfordshire, Racheal has worked as a lecturer and a teacher of Social Sciences at many institutions across the Midland, England, since 2007. And as a lecturer in various Theological institutions in Nigeria since 1992, teaching both postgraduate and undergraduate students. She also served as the principal of ECWA Theological Seminary, Ibadan extension until her relocation to England. In addition to her academic activities,Racheal has also worked within the health and social care sector as a family support and assessment worker and as an education specialist for children and youths with behavioural and learning needs.

Racheal is a good team player with ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams to produce high quality work. She has a broad research experience in qualitative and textual methodologies;first class analytical and problem-solving skills with strong leadership and interpersonal qualities, which were demonstrated when working at various institutions and among professionals.
