Senior Lecturer in Tourism Management

I am a Senior Lecturer in Tourism Management where I teach various tourism subjects on both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

Having worked in the tourism industry for many years in various roles within tour operations, I returned to university to formalise my experience, before pursuing a teaching career. This I have now done for many years also.

This puts me in a great position for my students as I have both practical experience and academic knowledge to pass onto them, as well as being able to understand what it is like to be a student!

In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and experiencing new destinations, and this also feeds into my teaching.

• Post Graduate Certificate in Education – University of Bedfordshire
