The University and London Luton Airport have joined forces to launch a new Bursary Scheme, exclusively aimed at first year undergraduate Business School students.

A total of 12 students will be selected to receive a £1,000 bursary each for the 2011-12 academic year.

One of those students will also be selected to attend an invaluable 12-week work experience placement at London Luton Airport.

Eligible first year undergraduates will be studying one of the following subjects:

  • marketing,
  • public relations,
  • human resources,
  • advertising,
  • accountancy and finance,
  • business studies,
  • business management.

Students will be selected based on University Exam Board recommendations in June 2011 and contacted directly by the Business School for one of the following bursary awards:

  • 11 X £1,000 bursary
  • One first year Business School student will be selected to receive a £1,000 bursary and a 12-week work placement at London Luton airport, starting in autumn 2011.
