The tuition fee for a PGCE course for a Home Student is £9,000 for 2016/17 entry.
Home and EU students may be eligible for a tuition fee loan to cover the cost of tuition fees charged. This is available through Student Finance England.
Home students in England may be eligible for a student maintenance loan to help towards accommodation and other living costs. This is available through Student Finance England.
Home students in England may also be eligible for a non repayable maintenance grant. This grant will be means tested and you can apply through Student Finance England.

Trainees starting PGCE in the academic year 2016/17 may be offered a tax-free bursary as found on the Department for Education website getintoteaching.education.gov.uk/bursaries-and-funding
* Apply for scholarships with the relevant subject association group. Candidates awarded the Scholarship will not also be eligible for the standard Department for Education (DfE) bursary. Trainees who are not awarded a scholarship will continue to be eligible for the standard bursaries in 2016/17.
