Microsoft Project Advanced

Building on the Microsoft Project Introduction course, this course enables users to make the most of MS Project by enabling users to explore costing techniques, multiple project management, carry out 'What If' analysis and much more.

This course enables you to

  • Exchange project plan data into other applications
  • View and update a project plan
  • View and create custom reports
  • Create custom views
  • Manage resources and resource conflicts
  • Record macros

Manage Costs in Microsoft Project

  • Assign Different Cost Rates to Resources
  • Change the Resource Cost on Individual Tasks
  • Alter Costs Based on Time Periods
  • Assign Overtime Costs and Work to Resources

Work with Multiple Projects
