It was my pleasure to study at the University of Bedfordshire. Though at times it was very challenging. I had a great experience at this University. Firstly, the tutors are very supportive and kind. I have never come across such helpful professors/ tutors in my entire educational path. The method and the language they used is very simple and straight forward. The visiting professors, with tremendous real-life experience and high qualifications, are very down to earth and extremely motivated. This is the uttermost reason why I enjoyed studying at this University. Apart from class work I also benefited from the workshops after every lecture. This contributed to an in-depth understanding of the topic and the assignments. As an International student where English is my second language, I gained a lot of support from the communication skills centre within the University.

Secondly, the library is outstanding with the best facilities in terms of hard copies of study materials as well as online. The university has a wide range of subscribed journals, which are very important in assignments. The library support is great, where I got lots of help in referencing, literature search and basically, all sorts of support in academia were sorted in the study hub where I met very nice supportive and welcoming staff. For a person like me with high determination towards my studies, I utilized all the support that was delivered freely by the University. The challenging part was living away from family and traveling in the new country as well as the dissertation deadline in the COVID-19 lockdown era. That too was resolved by the university guidance. I felt that the international department is very friendly and welcoming where I share all the academic as well as personal problems. The team was marvellous as I experienced them when I lost my mother back home and I had to travel home for the funeral.

Apart from all this support, the university provided one to one tutor to each student to support students in all aspects while studying at the University of Bedfordshire. My journey was quite smooth due to the support the university provided. Hence, I managed to pass with an A-grade. I have experience of 5 years with this university. I did my undergraduate BA (Hons) in Health and Social care 3 years course from the same University. I am grateful to all who made my life easy during my studies.
