Students at the University are looking to use commerce to help improve the sustainability of social projects.

Students at the University of Bedfordshire are setting up a business selling student designed merchandise across University events, with all profits from the business being invested into social projects.

The venture, ScaleUp Designs, aims to improve sustainability for social enterprises, where those enterprises are not able to cover their costs through their activities.

Working as part of Enactus Bedfordshire, ScaleUp Designs will be supporting projects to help improve literacy, skills development, and improving mental health.
