The following finger buffets are an example of those included in the Day Delegate Rate.

  • Assorted sandwiches on granary, white and wholemeal breads
  • Indian savouries: pakoras, onion bhajis and samosas
  • Mini peppered beef pies
  • Filo coasted prawns, thousand island dip
  • Tapas, cream cheese peppers, guacamole, tortilla chips and cheese straws (v)
  • Jacket potato wedges, sour cream and chive dip (v)
  • Selection of reception pastries and fresh fruit platter

Day Delegate Finger Buffet No 3

  • Meat, fish and vegetarian finger rolls
  • Chinese selection: satè chicken skewers, breaded prawns and Hoi Hoi Sin duck rolls

  • Bacon wrapped pork and leek sausages
  • Coronation chicken tartlets
  • Smoked haddock, gruyere and spinach puffs

Continental breakfast
