Project: An Evaluation of Employees Performance Management of SMEs in Nigeria
Description: This study focuses on how Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs) in Nigeria can explore Human Resource Management (HRM) practice through Performance Management (PM) for sustainable competitive advantage. It is aim at how SMEs will improve and reduce constant failure within the sector. As number of studies reviewed that the financial support is inadequate in sustaining SMEs but human capital will go a long way in helping combating the failure within the sector. SMEs being backbone to economy development within most economy is mostly short- lived. This is why the studies intend to address the failure link with SMEs through HRM since the financial capabilities has not been able to help over the years.
