Impact of SME Employers on Adopting Green Supply Chain Management Practices in Indian Machinery
Project: The Impact of SME Employers on Adopting Green Supply Chain Management Practices in Indian Machinery
Description: Green supply chain management is an increasingly important aspect in today’s supply chain practice. In India however, meeting environmental concerns in industrial operations has evoked interest among environmentalists, government bodies, academics and business organisations in recent years. Consequently, the objectives of this research are to explore the current GSCM practices, key motivational factors and barriers in implementing GSCM. It also seeks to identify the initiatives taken up by SME employers to adopt GSCM practices in their firms.
