  • What: They are low-impact sessions with a focus on flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. These are very popular sessions.
  • When: Tuesday 12:00-12:30 & 12:30-13:00 (Bedford). Thursday 12:30-13:00 (Luton).
  • Where: P0.31, Bedford OR Aspire Gym Side Room, Luton.
  • Led By: Caroline Ash (Qualified Instructor)
  • How: It is FREE to get involved, all you will need is a Get Active membership. Once you have your membership, you will then be able to book on to Get Active sessions online. Please bring your University ID to sessions to confirm your identity.
  • Other information: To attend, please book via the booking system
