  • What: Our yoga sessions are very popular, especially with staff members. They are relaxing sessions that will help with relaxation, core strength and flexibility.
  • When: Monday 17:30-18:30, Tuesdays 12:00-12:45, Wednesdays 17:30-18:30, Fridays 12:00-12:45
  • Where: Online
  • Who: Instructor - Brendan from Shanti Warrior Yoga
  • How: To get involved, you will need a Get Active membership. Once you have your membership, you will then be able to book on to Get Active sessions online. Please bring your University ID to sessions to confirm your identity.
  • Other information: All sessions are currently online. To book, please email getactive@beds.ac.uk
