• What: They are relaxing sessions that will help with relaxation, core strength and flexibility.
  • When: Monday 17:30-18:30 (Luton). Tuesday 12:30-13:15 (Luton). Wednesday 17:30-18:30 (Online). Friday 12:00-12:45 (Bedford).
  • Where: Salvation Army, Luton OR P0.31, Bedford OR Zoom, Online.
  • Led By: Brendan from Shanti Warrior Yoga
  • How: It is free to get involved, all you need is a Get Active membership. Once you have your membership, you will then be able to book on to Get Active sessions online. Please bring your University ID to sessions to confirm your identity.
