How to Succeed at Interviews

Introduction

The interview is an important part of the recruitment process which gives you an opportunity to show the employer that you are suitable for the job.

Interviews can be face-to-face or via the telephone. Skype and video interviews are becoming more popular now and often used to filter the best candidates before progressing to the next stage.

The websites below provide further details about the different types of interview and what to expect. For additional information, see our leaflet How to Succeed at Interviews [PDF] If you would like a printed copy, please call into the Careers office at Luton or Bedford campus.
