Graduate Recruitment

Office for students

The Office for Students (OfS) work with higher education providers to make sure that students succeed in higher education.

Their Graduate Employment and Skills Guide is for students who are about to graduate and are at the start of their career journey.

It has been produced with 2021 graduates in mind, but current students and recent graduates may also find it helpful. Use the guide to start your journey.

Students and graduates are welcome to continue using the Careers and Employability Service after they have left university.

Psychometric tests

For disabled candidates, there may be multiple challenges when completing a psychometric test. This could mean you are unable to complete these tests to the best of your ability, without adjustments. AGCAS (Association of Graduate Careers Services) have produced a guide that provides advice and guidance to ace that test!
