Student Voice: Feedback Online

The University and Beds SU are committed to hearing your Student Voice.

The process for using your Student Voice to give us feedback is really straight forward.

Use this simple online form to submit your feedback

You can use it as many times as you need to, can access it anytime from anywhere and feel confident that your feedback will be responded to and valued by the University and Beds SU.

Once you’ve submitted your feedback, it will be read and processed by the Student Experience Team and Beds SU, who will share it with the department concerned. You can expect a response to your feedback within three working days.

In addition to a personal response, we regularly collate feedback reports to determine trends in feedback and where wider action can be taken to enhance the student experience.

This academic year, we have refreshed the Tell Us feedback scheme to improve partnership working between the University and Beds SU. We have retired the Tell Us phone line and the Tell Us boxes on campuses but students can still submit feedback via the simple online form. Any feedback sent to tellus@beds.ac.uk will still also be received and responded to.
