University of Bedfordshire 2nd Covid Hardship Fund

This fund is available for all students, including home and international students, who are facing financial difficulties, including undergraduate and postgraduate students and also full time and part time.

The fund will be administered in line with conditions outlined on the application form.

The 2nd Covid Hardship Fund is now closed.

Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Applications can take up to 4 weeks to assess after the closing date.

Once the 2nd Covid-19 Hardship Fund budget has been spent no further awards will be made from this fund.

Applications will be assessed by the Student Money Advice team and awards of £100 may be awarded, depending on personal circumstances and evidence provided.

All applications should be supported by evidence of circumstances, although this should be kept to the minimum necessary to verify the information provided.

Evidence required:

  • Completed application form
  • Provide your latest bank statements for all accounts – showing your name on the account, sort code, account number and name of bank, (applications received without bank statements will not be considered)
  • Other applicable evidence
