Jane WilliamsI am a chartered psychologist with the BPS in Health and Sport Psychology.

I have recently been awarded my PhD from the University of Bedfordshire, investigating the role of physical activity in supporting young people who have experienced parental bereavement.

My Research interests lie within both sport and health psychology. Specifically, investigating the benefits of sports for bereavement.

I have experience with Northampton Town Women’s Football club as a performance psychologist, and I aim to complete my STAGE 2 BPS sport psychology accreditation.
