About the Law Clinic
The Law Clinic has been operating as part of the Department of Accounting, Finance and Law within the University of Bedfordshire Business School since January 2015.
The Law Clinic is a student-led clinic offering free legal support and assistance to members of the public on a pro bono basis in areas relating to housing, consumer and employment law. The Law Clinic operates at both the Luton and Bedford campuses and operates throughout the academic year.
The Law Clinic works hard with other local service providers to ensure that the services offered are needed by the local community which it aims to service. This is an invaluable service to those who are unable to afford professional legal advice.
Although a majority of the clients are from Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, the reach of the clinic is national as in addition to face-to-face appointments support is available by phone and email.
