We partnered up with local sports providers and the County Sport Partnership to offer exclusively to students the Sainsbury's Active Kids for All Inclusive Community Training (AK4A ICT).

The practical workshops were intended to improve student knowledge, competence and confidence in delivering sports-based activities to disabled people.

  • Learn about practical tools to support inclusive delivery
  • Explore creative ideas to support disabled people to access physical activity and sport
  • Complete a workbook that will support your activity sessions going forward
  • Learn about local disability sport opportunities for participants, leaders, volunteers and coaches.

  • Wheelchair Basketball (Wheelchair basketball Get into Sport session),
  • Visually Impaired football (VI Recreational/Elite Football Sessions at University of Bedford)
