Applications for the 2016/2017 Leadership programme are now open (15th August 2016) until Monday 3rd October 2016. The programme is free for participants and is a great opportunity to develop skills and confidence.

The programme(s) will be starting on Tuesday 11th October (Bedford) and Thursday 13th October (Luton).

The UpRising Leadership programme is our flagship programme. It is a nine month programme, involving ‘access behind the scenes’ sessions with some of the UK’s most senior leaders. Throughout the programme we equip participants with the knowledge, networks, skills and confidence to reach their leadership potential and take social action on issues they care about.

Each participant also has the option to be individually matched with a professional coach and a mentor who supports them on a one to one basis throughout their time on the programme.
Most sessions and workshops take place in the evening so that the programme can be fitted around work, study and other commitments.

During the programme, sessions will take place Tuesdays 6-9pm for the Bedford Programme and Thursdays 6-9pm for the Luton Programme.
