Information for Faculties and Departments

Our PASS bursary scheme is solely for initiatives that are aligned to our Access and Participation Plan which address the access, success, or progression gaps for the identified under-represented groups.

The PASS bursary scheme is offered to Faculties and Directorates via Senior Leadership Teams (SLTs) who are responsible for identifying areas of provision and / student groups where PASS bursaries would have the largest impact.

Senior Leaders work with staff in those areas to develop a proposal for a PASS bursary scheme which meets the agreed criteria.

Once approved and students are recruited as PASS Leaders, bursary funding (to students) will be released in increments and departments can launch their PASS Programme(s).
