Degree Level Short Courses

The short courses or units of study can be accessed as individual standalone courses or as part of a career pathway resulting in an academic award such as an undergraduate course, including: Bachelor's Honours or Foundation Degree; or a postgraduate course, including: Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma, Master's or Doctorate.

Each short course (or unit) has a credit rating in multiples of 15 credit units, varying from 15 credits for specialist units to 60 credits for dissertation projects.

Most courses are delivered via an innovative, blended learning approach to teaching and learning and include classroom-based learning, online study materials, tutorials and self-directed study.

All short courses are assessed and students are awarded credits on completion of both the course and the assessments, where applicable.
