Senior Tutor - Strategy and Human Resource Management

I love what I do! How many people are lucky enough to be part of the journey developing young people into the next generation of managers? And if that wasn't enough, I get to work with existing managers to support their development into inspiring leaders.

I am a part time member of the Human Resource Management subject team in the University of Bedfordshire Business School and the founder of The Cooper Consultancy (UK) Ltd.

I am a Senior Coach and Business Skills Trainer, hold an MBA, a PgCert in Academic Practice, am an Accredited Practitioner Coach (IICM APC), NLP Business Practitioner, member of the International Institute for Coaching and Mentoring and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
