Intensive Training and Practice (ITaP)

To our student teachers and ITE Partnership,

Welcome to Intensive Training and Practice. ITaPs are relatively new to us all and we very much appreciate the work of the ITE Partnership in piloting and evaluating their success, ahead of September 2024, when they became a Department for Education requirement. We are very much looking forward to working closely with you to reap the benefits that intensive practice has to offer for our student teachers. If you have any questions or feedback, or want to take a greater involvement in ITaP, please feel free to contact educationservices@beds.ac.uk In the meantime, you will find here an ‘Introduction to ITaP’, as well as a calendar of the timings for each ITaP week.
