Senior Lecturer in Forensic Psychology

Kristy HortonI joined the University of Bedfordshire in February 2020 as a Lecturer in Forensic Psychology and became a Senior Lecturer in July 2025.

I am a registered Forensic Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and a member of both the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Division of Forensic Psychology (DFP).

I am the Programme Director for the MSc in Forensic Psychology at the University of Bedfordshire and teach various topics across the course.

I am the Programme Leader for the MSc in Forensic Psychology. I also contribute to teaching on the following units across the course:
