Hafiz Fadillah

Hafiz was born in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Currently he is studying for an MBA in Business and Administration, General route in Digital Technology Management at the University of Bedfordshire's Luton campus.

As Vice President of the Global Networking Association, he has the following responsibilities:

  • Reports to the President and takes on delegated presidential duties where appropriate.
  • Deputises for the President in his/her absence.
  • Formulating and implementing the strategic plans that guides the direction of the association
  • Responsible in the associations’ resource sourcing – internal and external platforms.
  • Provide key role in monitoring the Executive Committee and Sub-Committee Team (ECST) performance and deliverables.
  • Responsible for setting up all aspects of the associations’ processes.
  • Responsible for the selection of association’s Office Bearers’.

Academic Qualifications

  • September 2017 – present: MBA, Business and Administration General route in Digital Technology Management, University of Bedfordshire, Luton, UK.
  • 1 September 2009 - 2 February 2013: Bachelor of Information Technology, BINUS University, Jakarta, Indonesia.

Career

Previously he served as Assistant Manager in the Research and Development (R&D) department of OCBC NISP Bank (2013–2016), with these responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to improve productivity both for sales and service people
  • Develop internal programs for front liners
  • Work closely with independent surveyors to do research activities
  • Developing marketing strategy for projects
  • Developing strategy plan with 5w1h approach and start with why-how-what concept
  • Bench-marking
  • Assigned to manage major projects with across departments
  • Work closely with other division to create enjoyable banking experience for customer
  • Committee on annual OCBC NISP Service Award event
  • Develop sales diary tool kit
  • Direct reporting to Department Head
