Luton AI is a civic organisation based at the University of Bedfordshire, leveraging the institution’s strong record in artificial intelligence and automation. It is designed to build an AI ecosystem that drives business and technology innovation, creates high-skilled jobs in the region, fosters a collaborative network of AI adopters, and delivers a wide range of AI training, skills, and security development programmes - strengthening the UK’s position as a global leader in AI. To date, Luton AI has engaged with over 300 regional and national organisations across diverse sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, software development, and the creative and cultural industries. In addition, it has undertaken more than 50 bespoke consultancy and research and innovation projects with many of these organisations, helping them accelerate the AI transformation of their operations, products, and services, while boosting the local economy and workforce productivity.
