UCAS Extra

It is not to late to apply for a University place at Bedfordshire through UCAS Extra

What is UCAS Extra?

If you have used all 5 UCAS choices but were either unsuccessful in all cases or have declined any offers you did receive then UCAS Extra can help.

You might have received offers but want to change your mind. By taking the step to decline any offers, you’ll be able to go through UCAS Extra too.

Find out if you are eligible for UCAS Extra in Track. If you are eligible you will see ‘Add an Extra choice’ option on your dashboard which is where you can apply for another course.
The important difference with Extra is that you can only make one choice at any time, so there is no insurance choice. If we are not one of your choices currently and you choose us in Extra, think of us as your 6th choice.

If you are then made an offer, you respond to it just the same as in the main UCAS cycle by accepting or declining.
Finally, don't worry if you don't get the offer you want in Extra – you can check back to us in Clearing.
