Senior Lecturer in Aviation Management

I am a Senior Lecturer in Aviation at the University of Bedfordshire Business School. Prior to working in the higher education sector, I worked at various tour operators and airports in and around Europe. In addition to my role as a Senior Lecturer, I am a police officer at West Midlands Police, based in the Airport Policing Unit at Birmingham Airport.

I completed his undergraduate degree in BSc (Hons) Aviation Management and postgraduate degree in MSc Air Transport Management, both at Coventry University and a PGCE in Education from Buckinghamshire New University. I am a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).

I bring my industry experience into my teaching on a range of modules including ‘Aviation Safety and Security’, ‘Managing People in Aviation and Tourism’ and the ‘Structure and Development of the Air Transport Industry’. I am the course coordinator for the BSc (Hons) Aviation and Airport Management degree programme.
